At AHS we pride ourselves on creating an environment where academic development and personal development go hand-in-hand.
Our specialist provision created by our multidisciplinary team creates an integrated therapeutic education which is individualised for each student. We offer a range of qualifications from Entry Level Certificates through to Level 2 NVQ/BTEC and GCSEs in English and Maths. Our classrooms are large, bright and well furnished. The attractive environment, excellent facilities and resources make it a happy and engaging place for all to succeed.
We help to build our students’ self-esteem, self-confidence, ambition and aspiration, and teach towards the qualifications that suit them best. There are plenty of routes towards further education and success in adulthood – both academic and vocational – and we’ll find the right one for your child and support them to achieve it.
Being in the heart of London our outdoor classrooms are just as important as those in the school. Students have access to Regents Park, local parks and recreational facilities on a regular basis and we make the most of the museums, galleries and opportunities on our doorstep.
